I'm a certified personal trainer who will help you meet your fitness goals - toning, strength, general health. Exercise is just a part of a healthy lifestyle. It should be fun - I'll work with your definition of that. Diet is another key. Eat and enjoy real food. (Chocolate is a food group in my world; it fits just fine in my overall nutrition plan.) I encourage partner training to keep you both motivated.
